Non-Returnable Items:

How to Request a Return

  • For EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal, no specific reason is required.

Approval Process: Once your return request is approved, Plushie Face will provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Detailed instructions for sending the item back.

Refund Process

Inspection and Notification: After receiving the returned item, Plushie Face will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status.

Refund Timing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • EU customers will also receive refunds for the cost of standard delivery (if applicable) in accordance with EU regulations.

Rejection: Returns that do not meet eligibility conditions (e.g., damaged, used, or missing original packaging) will not qualify for a refund.

Special Cases and Replacements

Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item that differs from what was ordered, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost. Evidence, such as photographs, may be required for verification.
